A large number of officials and activists in tourism industry gathered in cultural, commercial and sports complex of Iranmall.

The ceremony was held in “Jundi Shapoor” library. Mohammad Hossein Farahani, Director of Iranmall Hotel and Tourism, in his speech pointed to this year's global slogan as "New Thought in Tourism" and said: “Iran is among the top ten countries in terms of tourist attractions and the first four countries in natural attractions.

Mohsen Haji Saeed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Tourist Society was the second commentator. He clarified, ”If want to introduce a part of the country as a symbol of modern Iran, we should definitely say that point is Iranmall”.

Mohsen Haji Saeed, referring to the tourists' acceptance of Iranmall's capabilities and beauty, said: many foreign tourists who had visited Iran's southern neighbors and Arab countries, stated that Iranmall is unmatched in the Middle East with its splendor and beauty. Referring to the cooperation of 25 tourism organizations from all over Iran, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Iranian Tourist Society said: We have plans to make the presence of tourists in Iranmall more colorful.

At the end of the World Tourism Day ceremony, the participants visited different parts of Iranmall's cultural, sports and commercial complex, including the Garden of Nations restaurant, the cinema campus, Didar Garden and the traditional market.
