The winners of the 5th National Award for Excellence in Maintenance and Management of Iran's Assets were announced in a ceremony at Tehran.

According to the public relations of Iranmall, in this ceremony with the presence of a large number of industry managers, experts and university professors, Peshgaman Sazeh Tejarat Pars Company, as the manager of maintenance activities in Iranmall, was awarded as one of the best in Iran and received the conference award in October 23, 2022.

 The executive secretary of the 5th edition of the National Award for Excellence in the Maintenance and Management of Iran's Assets told the public relations reporter of IranMall: “20 collections participated in the 5th edition of the National Award for Excellence and received awards based on the levels”; Navid Nasr aded: “Despite its short and young history, Iranmall has been able to emerge as one of the country's leading companies in the industry of commercial and service complexes.

Mohammad Reza Ghasemi, the manager of maintenance planning of Pishgaman Sazeh Tejarat Pars Company, at the awards ceremony described the standards of maintenance at Iranmall at the world level and said: "The latest methods have been implemented at Iranmall in the field of staff training and process improvement." According to Mohammad Reza Ghasemi, a total of 50,000 equipment in electricity, building and architecture groups, machines and facilities have been identified and kept records for periodic inspections.

The annual National Award for Excellence in the Maintenance and Management of Iranian Assets gathering prominent industries and organizations of Iran, is an event to share the experiences and achievements in the field of maintenance and repairs; and to improve the scientific and practical aspects of the maintenance.
