The center of legal experts and lawyers of the judicial branch of Iran, in an official letter to Ayandeh Bank, estimated the minimum value of the physical parts of Iranmall at 335 thousand billion tomans. According to Iranmall Public Relations, this amount is equivalent to five and a half billion dollars, (every dollar equals sixty thousand tomans). The value of this complex was announced at the beginning of last year as 255 thousand billion Tomans. The new evaluation of Iranmall is very important for the financial actions of the Ayandeh bank, such as the offering of shares and the release of the bank's financial balance.
