The first training course "Familiarity with autism; needs and requirements of dealing with autism sufferers" for the executive personnel of Iranmall was held on May 20 and 21, 2024.

In this course, which was organized by the human capital management of Iranmall, more than 200 people from Iranmall executive forces, who are most likely to encounter autism sufferers, attended and received the necessary training in this field.

The purpose of holding this training course is to realize social responsibilities by implementing autism-friendly protocols in Iranmall, which can provide a suitable model for other malls and shopping centers in Iran.
